Citi Spending Offers for October – Earn Up to 10 Bonus Miles Per $1 (Targeted)
Citi has sent out several targeted bonus offers to cardholders.

There are reports of another offer to earn 2,000 American Airlines bonus miles after spending $1,000 during October. This deal isn’t quite as good since it works out to just 2 bonus miles per $1. However, compared to the normal earning rates of these cards it can double the number of miles or better.
